Return to Earth

My graduate project completed in 2020. I designed textiles for compostable burial-wear, drawn from leaf skeletons.

For this project I was awarded with Embroiderer’s Guild Best In Stitch Award, EDGE Textile Artists Award, Weavers Trade of Dundee Innovation and Textile Design financial prize and Fife Contemporary New Makers Award. Articles about this project were included in four different newspapers local to Dundee and ArtMagUK. It was also a winner of Round 1 of The Nationwide Degree Show, shown on billboards all over the UK.
